I was trying to wake up Austin when he was like a day old and the doctor that delivered Austin told me "You want him to be awake now, but one day you'll wish he was sleeping!" Fact! But at least you get to dress little boys in vests and little baby suits. Oh the joy of boys!
Boys are truly amazing! What I see in Landon daily makes my day even with temper tantrums wanting things done his way and at his speed. I wouldn't trade him for the world for his smiles, chuckles, and creativeness.
Somehow my daughter was switched at birth with Mariah Carey's spawn.
I am thinking boys are less scary as they grow up (though I don't speak from experience). I also think they injure themselves more and give mama more hugs. And don't get pregnant. So those things are awesome.
You forgot - noise, fireworks, loud music, smelly feet all with a smile and the best hugs in the world...
